Focused IT Solutions is a small, deliberate practice based in southwest Missouri, serving businesses there and across the country.

Hi, I'm Jake Taylor. I've spent 7+ years building automation, reporting, and support systems inside enterprise IT operations. That experience taught me something simple: small businesses feel operational drag earlier, but usually have fewer resources to fix it.

I started Focused because small businesses deserve better than the two options they usually get: a big provider that treats them like a line item, or a nephew who's "good with computers." We sit in between, professional, accountable, and small enough that you know exactly who's handling your technology.
