I've spent the last 7 years building automation and analytics systems for enterprise-scale IT operations—managing support for tens of thousands of users across multiple countries.

In my current role as IT Support Manager, I've automated everything from global support operations and call center analytics to device management and knowledge systems. I've been promoted four times since 2019 because I found ways to make complex operations run themselves.
